A new story for Sentient Machines
Sentient Machines has built a platform that uses AI to do something that most humans struggle with - it interprets how customers are really feeling while you’re talking to them.
So when founder and CEO Dr. Danica Damljanovic needed a new story aimed squarely at leaders in compliance and customer service, I was thrilled to help.
The story needed to tie hard-nosed business goals like customer retention and fraud prevention to the seemingly soft skill of emotional intelligence.
So we worked together to create a new website that laid out the vision and detailed the products, as well as a PDF guide that articulates the big problem these leaders are up against.
The new strategic narrative is now more sharply focused on compliance and customer service outcomes, the website more clearly articulates what makes them different and the new lead magnet lays out a compelling business case based in metrics leaders care about.
